For this project, we constructed storage sheds from the ground up, ensuring they met our client’s specific needs. We used high-quality, durable materials to ensure longevity and resilience against the elements. The sheds were designed with reinforced doors, secure locking mechanisms, and ample ventilation to prevent moisture buildup. We optimised the interiors for maximum storage capacity, incorporating customisable shelving and efficient space utilisation.

In this Collins Design Centre update, we discuss the Control4 integrated control system. Control4 is a superior, over-arching control system that brings together all sound, security, climate control, intercom and lighting aspects of a building in one package. This allows the end user to control all of these elements from their phone or a touch screen pad on the wall. This personalised, hardwired system provides a continuity and consistency of use that is paramount in any modern workplace.

We recently worked with St Francis Xavier's School, Cairns, to help provide some alterations to their multi-purpose court.<br /><br />One of the biggest issue that staff and students were having, was the continued presence of birds on their courts. One of the key aspects of our alteration work was to provide adequate bird-proofing to the facility for health and safety reasons.<br /><br />One of the biggest challenges on this job was the high ceilings, meaning that almost all work had to be completed using elevator work platforms. With only 5 weeks until handover, there's still a lot to keep us busy at Volvo Cairns. Since our last video, we've erected our external shell and installed our glazing. Welcome to Collins Constructions
At the completion of the Cairns Hardware build on Lynch Street, we reflect on some of the more technical aspects of the project. These include maintaining a safe working environment while working on a main road (ensuring the safety of our staff and the passing drivers) as well as replacing the existing services of the building during the upgrade process, in a manner that limited disturbances. https://www.collinsconstructions.com.au/
