Why Us?
The project starts with an exploratory meeting with the team to take you through the entire process. One point of contact, one point of accountability.
CONCEPT
Individual meetings with architects, engineers and construction companies. All with their associated costs and turnaround times, lengthy process with a greater margin for error.
Our real-time 3D spatial mapping technology allows us to produce layouts translating to designs within 2-3 weeks. This saves our clients time and money and provides total transparency.
TECHNOLOGY & EFFICIENCY
On-site manual markups and drawings take 2-3 months to translate into designs, with large margins for error; some of which don’t appear until later in the project. Multiple stakeholders equal more time and money.
With accurate drawings and a deep understanding of our client’s needs, our project team will put together designs that meet the client’s budget expectation while being buildable, fast.
DESIGN
Outsourced architect eventually provides designs that can include additional time and costs as the client, engineer, construction company and architect work out finalised designs with no real understanding of the overall project costings.
Our PROCORE based project management pipeline affords complete transparency to the client easily. Project updates are provided frequently and can be accessed as required. Our project management team are readily accessible.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
With multiple parties involved, there is a disconnect between the design and construction parts of the project, in particular, leading to fragmented information and a less than optimal experience for the client.
With a network of trusted tradesmen and suppliers, we control as many variables as possible through our vetted trusted partner process. We know the capabilities of our team and network, allowing timelines and cost schedules to adhere to.
CONSTRUCTION
It’s possible to be confronted with an assortment of casual contractors of unvetted quality. The use of non-local suppliers can cause cost and time variations.
Safety is our priority; our project management pipeline identifies any contractor or member of the Collins team who will be onsite, their safety certifications, actions they’ve taken on-site to ensure safety, incident reports and more.
SAFETY
Compliant but Adhoc safety processes that the client may or may not be able to access in real-time. No database of safety processes and protocols. Resulting in less peace of mind.
